Being from the DMV (Largo) no city other than ATL can compete with DC. I haven't been to Houston but plan to go. DC has ALWAYS been known for beautiful Black Women. The quality plus quantity of beautiful black women are there. Looks, professional, etc. can be a little high matinence. 2nd would be ATL and anyone who gives them the top spot I wouldn't disagree, but alot of them tend to get fat. Don't sleep on the Hampton Roads area either. B-More girls IMO aren't anything special. Memphis is a sleeper if you to the right part. Miami and LA are okay. Having lived in midwest (St. Louis in particular), there are very few cute lookin sistas. ATL is the only city that gives DC some competition.

I haven't been to Houston but I've heard good things. I'll definitely plan to check it out this summer.

Cities with lots of colleges tend to have lots as well since there is a pretty big college education gap between men and women, especially Black women. Cali has plenty of single black women.
