So for every "yuppie" American that moves into New York Metro, two people are leaving.

I'm not talking about boring middle class John and Jane Doe who can't afford New York/SF/Washington/Boston and move to San Antonio because it's cheap. (believe me me, TX is full of this...I saw about 10 California plates and a few from NJ )

I said young graduates from top schools. White Collar! How may grads from Stanford, Princeton, MIT or Columbia want to move to the south? hahah.

You really have no clue. Stanford, Berkeley, California Institute of Technology.

California has very good universities.

New York dosent control/own all media.
LOL How about this website is this link "slanted"? It says the same thing as Wikipedia regarding the media.

Ok let me copy and paste it

New York also solidified its reputation as a communications center during the last decades of the 20th century. Manhattan is the headquarters of the nation’s television and radio networks, making it the heart of the mass media in the United States. The headquarters of most of the nation’s major publishing houses and advertising agencies are also clustered in Manhattan’s Midtown.

Look at this from the same website about LA

Los Angeles, city in southern California, the most populous city in the state and the second most populous city and metropolitan region in the United States, after New York City. Located on the Pacific Ocean, the metropolis is noted for its balmy climate, scenic setting, motion-picture and television industries, and many freeways—as well as for occasional earthquakes, wildfires, and smog. Referred to casually as “LA,” Los Angeles is one of the major industrial, commercial, and financial centers of the United States
