Back in the 90's, the Charlotte Hornets could've been mentioned here.

Now? I'd say Utah, those fans love their team. Seems to me like small-markets do well in the NBA. Sacramento, up until the year maybe, always drew good crowds too.

No joke- the ENTIRE POPULATION of the San Antonio area are Spurs fans. Kids come out at birth with David Robinson jerseys on. Every time we've won a championship, half the city that night would flood downtown, i'm talking cars and people completely filling the streets honking and celebrating- it looked like rush hour traffic and a riot combined, only non-violent and after midnight

If there's another team/ city that tops this please let me know
