New York City:

Deutsche Bank Building
Location: Lower Manhattan, NYC
Reason: Got damaged beyond repair on 9/11/01, its probably already gone by now.

Jamaica High School
Location: Jamaica, Queens, NYC
Reason: Its been rated as the city's most dangerous high school more than once, it has poor performance as well (although it may have improved). It probably won't be torn down as its a NYC Landmark but it may be split up into multiple schools (like NYC does with all the bad high schools, my school was on the chopping block too).

I know there's probably more.

Thats horrible what they are doing with these buildings. Some of these listed are interesting and have integrity unlike the eyesores built today.
