LA, because of Universal Studios and that Hollywood presence that makes the unreal seem real. And New Orleans because of that haunted voodoo presence.

Orlando. Universal's Halloween Horror Nights is truly something to behold.... I remember there were 5 different themed "scare zones" scattered around the park one year, a 40 ft robot, tons of haunted houses, concerts and of course the parties at CityWalk.

Disney also has a Halloween special but I haven't been there.

Right down I-4 is another massive Halloween special at Busch Gardens.

Too bad there was violence in recent years and the city cancelled it.

NY throws a really great Halloween parade, so I voted for there. Any city in the north is the best, because you have that cool, crisp autumn feel to Halloween. A lot better than Halloween being 75-90 degrees.
