A lot of people in Southern CA have tattoos it seems. Not sure if it's its actually more people or just that people show more skin here so its more noticeable. But it seems like more have them than don't.
Tats are equivalent to permanent jewelry. I can't imagine wearing the same thing for 30 or more years. They just don't "go" with all different kinds of attire.
The nursing homes should be a riot in a few years. That being said, they're everywhere.
It used to be that tatoos were reserved for military, bikers, gang members and other people wanting to portray the image of a bad ass. Today, every idiot and their buddy has a tatoo. I can't wait until some of these broads with tatoos all over their body turn 50. One word, disgusting.

I agree, this just goes to show how trashy our society has become. Young professional women with tattoos all over their bodies, like there a criminal, drug addict or suffer from a mental illness. They would rather follow a fad than show any respect for themselves. Pay over $100,000 to get a high end education and then present themselves like there white tralior trash. Unbelievable.

SF hipsters have lots of tattoos... more so than I've seen anywhere else... in conspicuous places as well, lots of girls with body art as well. Plus it is fine at work.
