That's true for public trans, hopefully the future is different. As far as skylines go though Seattle is constantly compared to cities that are 3 and 4 times it's size and still competes well among them. So how can a city as small as Seattle be so comparable to a city like Toronto? THE cultural, financial and economic center of Canada. It would be like saying, Which skyline is better NYC or Regina, SK?

Honestly skyline wise, Seattle vs. Vancouver was a much better comparison, with Seattle winning in height and Vancouver winning in quantity. I said some good things of Seattle in that poll too. Seattle vs. Toronto is just too easy to call.
No, I don't track everything you say, but I do remember names of posters and their general attitude toward threads I check (usually about my city) I'm sure you do to and many others do as well. Toronto has a good skyline but not for it's size IMO.

I will legitly be shocked if SEA wins this.

You're on crack.
hey i dont judge what drugs u do. >_> and seriously when i look at the classic toronto skyline, it seems very small and spread out expecialy for a city of its size. and not to mention toronto's overal skyline doesnt realy phase me as a pretty skyline. atleast not compared to seattle.

Toronto is not as photogenic, but is way more massive than Seattle. As has been mentioned before, it is the principle city of Canada. Seattle is not even the top 10 largest metro area in the U.S. I personally don't think our skyline is overrated at all, but it can't compete with a city the size and scope of Toronto (NYC and Chicago easily blow away Tdot). Anyway, here is a Seattle photo I found from skyscrapercity.com that shows the Seattle skyline from a little used angle (credit to forumer cpm):

One of the most impressive in the world is definately a bit much to me. I voted for Seattle because I've been to both and Seattle's looks even better in person. Toronto's is definately bigger but not as attractive as Seattle's imo.

Here's a somewhat outdated shot of the Toronto skyline taken from Hamilton by a photographer named Flar. Several new skyscrapers have been added to the skyline since this photo was taken!

I wonder what type of shot you get if at all from Rochester NY?
