Looking eastward from the Washington statue at night is especially brilliant, as the blue glow of the state street builiding comes into frame down the avery street break in the tremont high rise condos...

the flora is immaculate as well, and the detailof the fountains is worth many, many visits.

I love the guy who plays accordian on the bridge...

BTW, the above pics do no justice.
Well dang, did you just lift an entire page from a Boston CVB brochure? I think I need an insulin shot after all that sugar.

Boston Common and the Public Garden right in the middle of a great historic city with all the architecture, Beacon Hill, Newbury Street, Cheers hard to beat..

Atlanta has them all beat in the sunbelt when it comes to open spaces, parks blending with interesting walkable downtowns..but when will the other new cities of the sunbelt learn? ... Houston, Miami, Charlotte, Phoenix..ect

Well in all honesty, he may have lifted that from a brochure...but that doesn't even begin to touch some of the beauty of Boston Common/Public Garden. I know he has started out his reputation as a troll, but in all honesty, the Boston Common/Public Gardens are easily some of the most beautiful urban parks in country.

As far as urban parks go, it's hard to beat the Boston Common or Public Gardens.

Charlotte's got some plans underway, but I still think that more needs to be done. I think Dallas is doing a great job currently with its park plans.
