The newly changed name of Xfinity (Philly) Live NBC Sportszone will be developed by Cordish, not sure it matters but the setting is far different from LA Live (Which I visited last month and was dissapointed) At least there will be more bars/rests closer to the Stadiums
Consider yourselves lucky if AEG goes a different route. But LA Live does serve its function; there's enough eating/drinking capacity to accommodate NHL in the afternoon and NBA at nights, with a concert at the theater, all with a steady stream of conventioneers/tourists.
Honestly, I'm surprised when ANY contemporary commercial development of this scale DOESN'T blow.
What'really good about this is that it will be right next dor to LA Live
and Staples Center, It will add a big boost to an already pretty happening area of DTLA
That's a pretty incredible stadium...though it looks a little small, doesn't it? The intention would be to house whatever NFL team Los Angeles gets in the future, right?

It's hard to judge its size form the render
One thing is for sure It will probably be a lot smaller than the Rose Bowl 100K or the LA Olympic Coliseum 85K

The Wiki page says 72k...looks can be deceiving I guess. I hope they get a team soon...the Jags don't deserve Jacksonville. Especially when their star is a UCLA guy, it would help get them off the ground. However by the time this is all said and done, he'll be gone probably.
