I'm really not sure when it will all be done but Wallstreet tower will be done by 2010 or 2009, the Pacifc Life tower will be under construction by 2009 so i have no clue when it will be done. The rest are pictures of omaha now or in the near future.
Pittsburgh and Omaha are nice cities when you can get pictures like that. But how many sunny, warm days with blue skies and cumulus clouds does Pittsburgh get? And you won't see too many people outside wearing shorts most of the year in Omaha.

I've already said "Louavul", so what about Kentucky's second largest city?
Lexington, KY:
- 14th safest city among 74 largest in US
- 9th highest percent w/ a college degree (43%) among cities over 250,000
- population has increased 5X since 1950 (55k to 280k)

Downtown San Francisco and Downtown Oakland is a mere (12 Miles Apart and they are not in the same Metro Area...come on Dallas as number 4 that is a U.S. Census promoted "joke".....

Oakland is included in San Francisco's metro, its called the Bay Area for a reason, because the bay is named San Francisco. As for DC and Baltimore, they should be the same metro, but with out it, it only has 5.3 million

I haven't been between Washington and Baltimore. Is any rural area left or is it all developed now?

You have your MSA and CMSA all discombobulated.
Dallas(4) has become the 4th largest metro but I personally would put an asterisk with that statistic seeing how Dallas metro is 11,000 sq. miles and Philaldephias(5) is 4600 sq miles. See Philadlephia's metro has imaginary boundaries in every direction that compress its "metro" unlike Dallas and I'll even throw Chicago in there. Those metroes just go on and on without protest.
Chicago's metro is close to 11,000 sq miles. If Philadlephia, given its location on the densely populated eastern seaboard was allowed to expand 11,000 sq. miles it would be the 3rd largest metro in the usa.

Pittsburgh gets 59 clear days per year. It gets 45% of the total possible sunshine. The subject of "partly cloudy" days gets debated endlessly in Pittsburgh. Omaha gets 60% of total possible sunshine. You can wear shorts outside in Omaha from about May-Sept, with a little variation on either end.
