Yes. S.I most certainly has enough room for it but the problem is that even some parts of NNJ are more connected to NYC than S.I is, but S.I can do a lot of progress if NYC ever gets the bid to host the Olympics.

NYC bid for the 2012 olympics, but they didn't get it.
