Hello im new, but we have been with windstream for along long time now, and were getting 6mbps internet, a phone line that we dont use, and i suppose decent TV for $150 a month. I also have a big problem with the NAT type through windstream. But i have been looking at Time Warner today, and I can basically get 30mbps internet, and the good TV programming for about $120.

Now it all looks good on paper, but im wondering, how is Time Warner? The TV stations compared to windstream, and the internet. It would be nice to get rid of the phone line anyway since we dont use it. Anyway thanks

Time Warner, in my experience has pretty bad customer service, and is rather expensive. If it is available, I would go with AT&T UVerse.

Never met anyone who loves their cable provider. Customer service is always pretty crappy. I'm ok with my Time Warner service. I have the second highest tier of internet speed.

Just tested the speed and get 18.52Mbps down and 0.97Mbps up, which is really pretty fast. I can download DVD quality movies in about 10 minutes and HD movies in under an hour. Also have cable with everything except HBO type channels and pay 120 total.
