I think that you can make a strong argument for Cleveland State winning the Horizon conference with 25+ wins. Butler is having a subpar year. Milwaukee blew a 14 point lead at home against UIC in the last ten minutes only to win in overtime. Detroit and the two Chicago teams are terrible.

One thing that you never hear anymore in this area is MAC basketball. Ten years ago, they would send 2-3 teams to the tournament. In recent years, they have been a one bid conference. And NONE of the Midwest papers spend a lot of time on them.

The sole exception might be Toledo which has gone from 4-28 to 6-1 this year, weak schedule all be it.

Cavs are probably going to be bad again this year. Hopefully the Vikings can keep it up.

About 5000 people today (including me) -- not bad. But the place could be much more packed Cleveland...
