Almost as bad as the Satanic influence of Rock n Roll. So many children are drawn to devil worship by rock stars.

Mae Moore -- Bohemia

Not to detract too far from the thread but Rock N Roll is a Black American invention. The term "Rock and Roll" was originally a Southern Black American term for sex (what else do you do in bed with your partner but "rock" and "roll" back and forth?). So yeah, of course Rock N Roll can be bad influence if consumed the wrong way just like alcohol can be and of course Rock N Roll involves the devil because it is steeped in the Blues and Southern American folklore. Yet not everyone becomes a raging sex addict or a devil worshipper after listening to a rock song because it is the degree to which you consume and absorb the lyrics to the music. A lot of this background has been lost to youth of nowadays which is why they misunderstand the meaning of pop culture. I am sure some modern urban youth have gone so far off the deep end that they'd rob ol' Lucifer of his trident if they ever met him. It requires good parents and a strong community to tell them what is right from wrong and it sure doesn't help the picture that the grandson of the Mayor ended up on the wrong side and paid the ultimate price. That was one point I was trying to make here in this thread.

I honestly don't care much for rock or rap music. I think there is a real case for some cultural things like our music and movies actually making people stupider. Just thought I'd contribute my kinda pointless comment while we are on the subject.
