Ok, so I'm not sure if we'll need this yet, but I rather have this to reference if I do need an apartment than wait till the last second and have nowhere to go. This may seem like a lot of qualifications but they are in order of importance. We are a family of 3 but we would only need a 1-BR since this would be temporary (there is a chance my dad might need to start a job in NC before our house up north sells. Since we wouldn't want to loose a job opportunity, or own two houses we would need a temporary place to stay).

- Safe area of town
- Month to Month (No lease, as I said this would be temporary)
- South Central High School District (In case it spills into the school year, I would much rather attend the same school instead of attending one school in the apartment and a different once we move into a house)
- Furnished
- Affordable

There are probably more qualifications but I can't think of them atm.

I would recommend the Pointe at Wimbledon, at least when I used to live there they did month to month leases and had a few furnished apartments. I don't think it's in South Central's district, though.

Try googling property management groups in the area...you may have an easier time finding an inexpensive townhouse to rent.

^^^^We are definitely considering there, the South Central thing isn't a huge deal, but it would be kind of an added bonus. Our house up here is moving a little faster, so we're hoping it will go the same time as he gets a job and everything will fall into place
