Specifically River Chase, the newer section....does anyone know anything about this neighborhood, as in...if it's a good place to live? Looking to move for a little more space & currently live out off Portertown, but want to stay in this area.

Any opinions are appreciated.

Thanks

It's a pretty nice neighborhood...lots of trees. There is going to be a nice, large city park going in right next to the neighborhood. It would act as a buffer to future development. River Chase drive is the newer portion of the neighborhood - homes were started in the early 2000's I believe. I think there are a lot families back there and it seems pretty safe.

I am familiar with the neighborhood because I was involved in utility improvements in the area.

River Hills is a fantastic neighborhood to live in. Affordable and really great people. One of the few places I felt safe walking around in that city at night.
