We're looking to move to Greenville by summer. In search for good middle school and high school. Any high school that has performing arts? Please help.
J.H. Rose, D.H. Conley, and South Central are the high schools that serve the greater Greenville area. According to state rankings, Rose has the best test scores and ranks 26th in the state, which is pretty darn good. They have a fine arts program, not sure if that's the same thing as performing arts but I'm pretty sure it is. C.M. Epps and E.B. Aycock are the two middle school that feed the high school. Hope this helps.
thanks for the info. I dont know how the school system works there, but do you have to live in certain areas to be able to go to those schools? Does it go by districts?

Yes it does go by districts. Rose serves most of Greenville whereas Conley and South Central mostly serves south Greenville and Winterville. All of these schools are pretty decent compared with other schools in the state, in my opinion. Rose being the best.
You might want to look at St Peter's, too. St Peter's Catholic School (http://www.stpeterscatholicschool.com/default.asp - broken link)
There have been some issues with redistricting in the area. Some of my friends have actually had to move to keep their kids in their desired schools.

Bmoreboy,
That would be really helpful.
South Central have performing arts? How about sports? How diverse is it there? How would you rate your school? The instructors there? The kids that go there?
