My Husband and I (no kids just two beautiful cats) are relocating to Leland, NC from NJ and we are looking to rent before actually buying our next home. And we would definitely consider a "rent-to-own or Lease Option" but we definitely want to rent first before buying, and our price range would be around $100,000-159,000 when we finally do decide to buy. We really love the homes at The Willows but can't seem to find out if anyone is renting these homes in this development - Does anyone know how I can find out if there are homes for rent (or rent to own) at the The Willows or similar homes or private homes in Leland, NC? Thanks in advance for any help and guidance in how to go about getting this information.

Hi! I own a townhome in this development that I am currently looking to rent. We would definitely work with you in the "rent to own" option. Please let me know if you are interested in one of the townhomes or if you are strictly looking at homes. It is basically brand new, 2 bedroom/2 bath. Thanks!!

KaylynL -
Have you successfully rented your townhome yet? If so - GREAT! If not, I am interested in renting it ... looking forward to your response.

Thanks,
Kia

Hi Kia!

We currently have it rented, but are looking for new renters, as our current ones are very behind on rent and this has been a continous problem. When were you interested in moving in? We are very flexible with the lease agreement that you would like to set-up, so we can work together to figure all of that out. Let me know if you are still interested and we can discuss further, and meet to show you the property. Look forward to hearing from you!!

According to one builder the HOA fee is $40/month. It covers an outdoor pool, tennis court and clubhouse. The builders I have found are McKee Homes and H&H Homes with prices starting in the budget range. McKee has townhouses starting at $120K, and SFH's starting at $160K.
