I will be moving across the country to North Carolina soon and while I visited the area, did not get a good chance to view all the rentals. Ideally I need to sign a lease prior to moving, but am having a bit of trouble deciding on a place. Originally I had planned on living in Wilmington, but since work would require me to commute west/southwest outside of town, I kept hearing horror stories about bridge traffic during rush hour, which prompted me to opt for a rental in Leland, NC instead.
I wasn't able to find a ton of options, but there were 3 I was interested in: Hunterstone, Dandy Ct. townhouses, and The Park at Village Oaks. I would be happy for any information anyone has about these properties! Thanks!

Best of luck! Let us know if you find something decent.....my husband and I may move up that way next year...just a thought right now! Thank you....
How is the traffic in Leland during hurricane season..is it like the Outer Banks where there is only 1 road out and it takes hours to evacuate. Please input your in
