Its interesting to watch these cases follow the general population...Wilmington has 27 cases, Greenville 20, Brunswick 13, Carteret 10...many ENC counties less than 3. Onslow is fairly low at 6 and Pender looks strange at 0.
Seems the remoteness of ENC is really helping this situation...the leading places are the highest population cities, as well as two main full time retirement counties.

It takes time to get from place to place. ENC is nearly as remote as one would think and over the course of the next month you will see it spread and multiply. You also have to remember that not everybody that catches it will be tested. Especially now that the concentration of testing is not in this area.
It is interesting to me, that in the far eastern countries where the response is being praised, MASKS are being worn by about everyone. Here, where we have told repeatedly to not wear masks, we lead the universe in Coronavirus Cases.
