I live in Charlotte and me and my husband almost had a home built at the farm subdivision here, I loved the houses, the neighborhood, seemed very family friendly, and apparently DH horton is one of the top builders in the country

i currently live in the farm in calabash, it is a great community & not just for retiree's, it has a playground for the kids,a pool, lot's of activitie's for the adults too,it also has a gym, it nice and safe to walk in the community at night, & of course the weather is always great, it's close to myrtle beach sc, and wilminton nc, so there is always plenty to do, very close to parks, beaches, shopping, casino's ect.

I have some friends who live at The Farm in Calabash NC and they love it! It is a very beautiful community, well designed and kept up. The DR Horton homes are nicely done and offer a great value, especially for the area they are in. The location is just 10 minutes from North Myrtle Beach with everything that it has to offer. If you are interested in the community you should get an information package from the developer and speak with a knowledgeable Real Estate agent in the area. I am pretty sure you can get the information package from thefarmhomesforsale.com/ and see all the various layouts available through DR Horton and also see what resale homes might be available within The Farm too.
