Though I would prefer Boise vs. Auburn, Boise vs. Oregon, TCU vs. Auburn or TCU vs. Oregon.
Then the team that isn't in the championship game gets a shot at a so called "big boy"
Though at this point, how the hell are TCU and Boise St. not considered big boys.
The hypocrisy is astounding. TCU wins by 5 against a San Diego St. team that is at the VERY least the equal of CAL (I would say they are quite a bit better, check out the Missouri game who is ranked 15). TCU gets punished. Oregon beats a CAL team by 2 and does not.
The BCS MNC is decided on the field. No one is "crowned".
Not so much.
Maybe the game itself, but to GET to the game is left up to voters and computers. And I don't care how much you may support the system. It's still stupid and corrupt.
Did anyone see the game between WAC team Nevada vs Pac-10 team Cal?
The same Cal that should have beat Oregon if their kicker would have made a chip shot. Either Cal blows, or Nevada is pretty damn good. They are ranked 18 after all.
Boy o boy I know NC State was pretty good. But to comeback on an improving Tar Heels team at home. Go Wolfpack you got me another point in Yahoo College Pick'em!!!

Me too
What an incredible game. Owen Spencer's miracle catch on 4th down may never happen again. Also kudos to the State Defense for keeping the game within striking distance. One regular season game to go.
Do you have enough plutonium to get the DeLorean back from 2009?
Oh stop. Fans bring up the past ALL of the time, especially with regard to Boise State. And we're talking last year and two, not two decades ago.
The Boise State team that played Oregon last year is almost to a man the same team, sans Kyle Wilson and Richie Brockel. The guys are a year older, more experienced, and better. It's not a stretch to say Boise is a better team than Oregon, based both on last year and this year.
That said, I do think Oregon has proved themselves this year to be the #1 team in the nation thus far. I don't think their O is as impressive as made out to be, but I think their D is better than thought too. Their SOS sucks, but is still better than BSU and TCU, so here we are.
I kind of want to go through all of these back posts in which people claim Virginia Tech was terrible, that they'd lose to Georgia Tech, or North Carolina State, or North Carolina, and certainly Miami.
Lulz.
