Why did Miles stick with Jefferson?

He cost them a chance to stay in the game as Jefferson was hurting his time while Lee was standing on one foot at a time.

I used to have a ton of respect for Miles but I lost it all when he did not adjust to give his team a chance in the second half.

Saban simply out coached Miles in every aspect of this game.



I have a feeling that LSU thought they were just going to walk in and take the trophy without a game. Same thought as the OP here.

It didnt matter. If lee came in the game, I am confident that the same result would have happened.

LOL, I don't even think shortening the field would have helped the LSU offense. It was downright horrible....obvious and very one-dimensional play calling.
