Oh, I'm sure that a few actual posters from here actually live/have lived in Alabama or have even attended that fine university and/or even played football for that fine organization ..., like Forrest Gump!

But, what an easy bandwagon to latch onto.
What's a honk? Is that something said out of respect or common courtesy in reference to another person? Is it something you'd say to my face?

Yeah, blindly is a pretty good description. Anybody can be a honk I guess. Take for instance, someone who outposts everybody in a team thread, including the one who started the thread in the first place. That's a honk.

No you wouldn't.

If we were to have a concersation in the first place which i doubt. I tend to ignore people who think they know it all and have an excuse and an argument for any differing opinion as well as some sort of derogatory label to place on others.

what's the name for that?

Speaking of disrespect- can everyone continue to believe our basketball team sucks because this ACC run has been insane. If we knock off UVA next I might have to seek mental health treatment to verify my footing in reality...

And thanks for the fan reaction vocabulary lessons. I can honestly say I've learned something new.
