Be serious.

I've lived in northern NJ. I did write that there were a few good areas. But there are much better areas not that far from Newark.

And yes, Newark does have some serious problems. I've read recent articles thinking that over the next few years it could reinvent itself as has happened to Hoboken. Possible, not there yet though.
