Grad school GPA important?

We only verify the degree, not the GPA, but some companies will not only use the GPA in hiring but also in determining the salary offer.

Things may have changed since I was in graduate school but we had to maintain 3.5 average just to stay in the program.

In all graduate programs I know, courses taken with grade C or lower do not count toward the degree.
