This guy (Joel Gratz) knows what he's talking about. He's my go to meteorologist for forecasting powder days at the ski resorts. Two storms lined up for this upcoming week. One tomorrow night (1-3, 2-4 inches expected) and one on Thursday. Plenty of moisture with these two storm systems, but not very much cold air or storm voricity (storm energy) to turn that moisture into snow. Possible pattern shift second week of December with more favorable storm chances. No guarantees, but its a start at least.

Well we had some light drizzle in Pueblo. Not much its its odd to have drizzle with a temperature around 50 in December. However I do hear but Sunday the high will not be out of the 20's with snow! I really need a good snow storm to get me into the holiday spirit. If it does snow I will post a video.

Last night the forecasted chance of snow was 70%. We got a very light dusting, and that was all melted by noon. I am not optimistic for this weekend, regardless of what the forecast shows.

It finally snowed in Pueblo so I took some pictures and made a video!

I got 4 inches of snow at my house.

This is my house after the storm.

This is a view of downtown Pueblo from this morning on my way to work.

As expected, just a dusting of snow in the Grand Junction area, its first snow this season. We are woefully behind on average precipitation for the year here.

Grand Junction has odd weather. You guys hit a record high of what 58 when the front range is in the mid to upper 70's then we also get more snow then you... I never knew that until now.
