Hi ya'll... I would like to find out from someone that has or is working for the SC Dept Of Corrections in or around Columbia. I would like to find out what the Dept is like? I am a Sgt with the Dept Of Corrections in Oklahoma with 10 years of experience and looking for a change. I've researched the city of Columbia, and it sounds like a really nice place. I would like to relocate my family to the area and am looking for some information from someone who has woked within the department. Would it be worth my time to fill out the paper work to apply. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
i have known lots of people that have worked for the SC dept of corrections. (not becuase i was arrested either like some of yall think lol) i would go to north carolina if i were you or just stay in oklahoma. The police depts well heck the whole justice system in at least lexington and richland are extremely corrupt. So if you like playing polictics than you will fit right in. if not then they will ********* for doing the right things.
