This is underwhelming considering the potential of that building and its location.
Although I felt the same way at first, I changed my mind. Main St already has several upscale options (Bourbon, Oak Table, Hampton St Vineyard). Having a somewhat upscale sports bar with good food provides another option in the area. For now, I'll be happy to have a place on Main St to get poutine (and for one more building added back to the tax rolls!).
Once a building gets upfitted, the likelihood of it changing hands again and changing into another concept is greater. All in all, this is a good development.
