I think it is more off Colonial near Ronald McDonald House and University Medical, but still the general vicinity of NOMA.

Could be a boost for Colonial Heights.....the sunset driv corridor through there is mostly vacant and owned by palmetto health...would be a nice stretch for low rise development .....

I just saw the other day that the old Sam's was bought. I want to say Richland Memorial bought it and is going to use it for something.

Anyone know whats going on with Bull Street? They said that they would submit their plans this month and never did.

I drove through there tonight and there's a lot of road work and demolition going on east of the stadium.
