Does anyone know of any vegan/vegetarian friendly restaurants in the area? I'm new to the area and have heard of a few, but wanted to see if anyone else knew of any. Also, I heard of a place called "Lamb's Bread" that's supposedly a vegan restaurant - does anyone know anything about this place? What kind of food is it? Thanks!

Lamb's Bread has 2 locations - on Main just north of Elmwood and on Hampton Street across from the Richland County Admin Building. I've never eaten there, but somebody must like it if they've opened 2 locations.

- Indian food is always vegetarian friendly. I think I've been to almost all the Indian places in Columbia and I don't have anything really bad to say about any of them. The best I remember is Bombay Grill on Bush River Road.

- Mediterranean Tea Room. Falafel and all that good stuff.

- Blue Cactus Cafe. I am so so so glad I found this place. Korean food, Mexican food, all sorts of vegetarian food.

If you find any others, please let me know. I don't live in Columbia, but visit a lot.

Earth Fare has a cafe in it, someone else who has eaten there may know if you would find what you are looking for there.
