What's the plan? Convert them, keep the name? Is he still associated with the company?

Sounds right, the assessments we dated 7/21.

From what the guy at Express said, they are changing name and keeping the locations, then adding 3 more.

Correct, it's an individual doing it all one owner, one developer, etc. I'll post some elevations soon. Calling cleaners "Old Town Cleaners" I thought that was interesting (or atleast that's what it is on the plans)

They're still chugging along at the infrastructure - so I'm not to worried about any announcements. It's when they finish out the roads, set the plots, etc, and then it starts sitting that I'll wonder "WTF is going on?"

Again, I've said it before Woodruff has never been really great at getting national tenets like Adams has been, so I'm a bit worried they won't attract the people they're hoping to attract. We'll see!

Very true. I think Woodruff has done better as of late attracting more national retailers and restaurants. They did a great job on The Landings and their Midland project. Their bread and butter is still apartments and residential. I think they will be able to pull off some nice tenants down the road.
