A 2nd Chipotle will be opening in Cross Country plaza next to 2nd and Charles. Homegoods is expected to locate there as well.

Wow, I'm surprised Chipotle is going there. I wonder where there is space for HomeGoods. I can only think that Office Max would leave?

I have been trying to figure out the same thing. I would have rather seen Kmart close and Homegoods move into that Location. Oh I forgot to mention that a 2nd Planet Fitness is going in part of the old Kmart in Manchester Square on Milgen Rd and Food Depot is taking over the old Piggly Wiggly space. They have painted the entire center and will be repaving the parking lot soon along with new landscaping and updated lighting. I'm glad to see some work being done over there.

This is great news and awesome opportunity for Food Depot to enter the market. Piggly Wiggly shouldn't of closed that store. The new Pig is simply too far for people in that area to drive.

I do wish Planet Fitness would open something in North Columbus. We go there and having to drive from Bradley Park over that way is a good little trek.

So Chipotle will be going in the old Radio Shack location? And it sounds like Homegoods could choose from two locations in the plaza. The old Blockbuster location or the current Office Max location.

Blockbuster space is extremely too small. HomeGoods is normally 2x times the size of TJ Maxx.
