Anyone know when the welcome center off 185 on Williams Road will reopen? I drove by there the other day thinking it was open again and saw it was still blocked off.

Renders were released today of the plans for Hampton Inn Uptown Columbus. You'll see in 2nd picture that they're taking the lot behind the Aaron's building to add additional rooms. First 2 floors will be parking deck, with 3rd and 4th floor being rooms and 4th floor will be include meeting space with rooftop patio.

THIS is a great local development. Excited to see this building restored.

Time for another large convention hotel with some height! Downtown is on a roll for sure. Glad to see this move forward.

They should lease space to restaurants on the rooftop area. Might even get a little bit of a river view to the side of the Eagle Phenix Condos.

Best location for that would be between 13th and 14th street....the area along the riverfront.

Char-Broil just broke ground on their new international headquarters in Columbus. The building will be 25,000 sq. ft. Any renderings?
