Just the Aldi. Originally they had LA Fitness listed as well don't know if they pulled out or just not on the sign. Adams seems to be making moves right now. They have a lot going on which is odd for them. Whatever happened to La Madeleine? The French bakery was supposed to open two locations here but haven't heard anything else. I have been to one on Louisiana before. Pretty good food and really nice atmosphere.

Definitely great news on Aldi and Guitar Center. LA Fitness would go well there too. Shane's Rib Shack is great. Some good movement happening right now.

Columbus is getting a lot of new commercial properties right now! I know there is a new housing/apartment development being built farther north on Veterans, should be some small retail shops opening there.
Does anyone happen to know what is going in beside the new Firehouse being built on Gateway in Midland? Someone mentioned possibly a liquor store.

I'm most excited to hear progress on Aldi there. I remember hearing about La Madeleine a while back along with several other restaurants that were announced. I haven't heard much about is sence then though.

Anyone know what going on with the former Firehouse property next to the Doubletree hotel? I know at one time Carl Gregory was going to purchase it. The for sale sign has been taken down. This is actually a pretty nice piece of property. I hope someone does something with it.

Glad to hear about Aldi and Guitar Center, but I REALLY hope that LA Fitness didn't change their mind on putting a location here.
