A 24-hr "super" Target (with a Starbucks) in Columbus would do well.

This could also be for Panera Bread but the people the company that filed for it builds alot of Walmart Neighborhood Market's. That would make alot of sense there.

I think its the old tire building. It was approved around the time Panera was announced, and it already is gated up for demolition site.

Ace tires had a different address. 3232 Macon Road.

Anyone know what is going on with the old Clarion Inn on Manchester next to Chik fila? I know the hotel closed and the property was for sale but the for sale sign has been removed and fencing has been placed around it. Has it been sold or What? I wold love to see this property redeveloped.

GGP had the lot repaved in front of the JCP wing. A little hope that something good is coming.

I drove by last week when they had just put the sign up, there was a for sale sign on the front of the fencing? I believe they plan to tear it down and sell the 9 acres. Very valuable land. Most hotel brands aren't allowing outside facing rooms so it's hard to redevelop without major spending.
