I think an Athlete store would be better than an additional Old Navy.

It's probably coming after GAP finish down sizing Banana Republic and Gap store locations in 2020. Their more focal on expanding the Old Navy and Athleta brand now.

Anyone know what’s going on with the Eagle & Phenix powerhouses on the river? Looks like some additional construction/renovations taking place now but I haven’t heard of any info recently.

Haven't heard anything new, but last time it was being talked about it was thought to be a restaurant.
