Welcome to the forum. Yes, I would like to see those as well. There are a lot of rumors of some major retailers and restaurants coming this way. The expansion of Columbus Park Crossing, the new Old Town development, and the large projects in PC will bring some great things to the market. If Augusta, GA (slightly smaller than Columbus) can have a Costco or Whole Foods, Columbus can definitely support it. Look out for big things in 2014.

Wawa is cool. They are all over Orlando. Mainly up north. What are the others?

Columbus needs two alternatives to what we currently have - a really good Italian restaurant and a really good Japanese steakhouse. What we have is good, but there ARE better. A good fast food Italian like Fazoli's (very hard to secure a franchise), and a PF Chang too. We really don't need more chicken and burger joints. A new Hardees is going up in Midland at LV which is cool, but honestly, another burger joint? JMO.

I'm pretty sure we had a Fazoli's on Bradley Park years ago, but it went out. There's been talk of a PF Chang I believe at Peachtree Mall - is that right?

Yeah next to Zaxby's but I think their whole business went under. I've heard rumors of Forever 21 and H&M coming to the Columbus mall. They're still trying to figure out what to do with the other building Dillards owns, I assume if they would sell it to the mall they'd develop some outside retail like GGP has done at other malls like Cumberland Mall.

That's exactly what I think should be done. Subdivide that space, bring retail and restaurants upfront like they have at Lenox, Perimeter, and Cumberland, and continue pushing out unwanted retailers inside. Peachtree Mall would jump to another level if that happened.

I doubt Forever 21 or H&M are coming to Cumberland Mall anytime soon, but I may be wrong about that. I say this because Forever 21 and H&M usually place their stores in larger cities and metros like Atlanta,Augusta, and Savannah. H&M is even less likely to happen than forever 21,but if they decide to open one of these stores, they wouldn't be nearly was large as the ones in larger Georgia cities, which means the stores might not offer all that the large stores do. For example, they might only sell womens clothes and not mens, kids, and baby like normal sized stores would.
