Yes, you can simply highlight the YouTube vanced video's address in the address bar, drag and drop it to the desired location in your post, and it will automatically embed the video

Drop and drag url method
The above has [ url ] before and [ /url ] after what you see printed and does NOT show the video.
I had to insert spaces before and after the 'url' letters otherwise they turn into the words 'before' and 'after' !
What am I doing wrong?
