I've heard tech's say the problem was a PCINIC: Problem In Chair, Not In Computer.

PEBKAC. Also known as the I-D-10-T error.

(My wife worked help desk at the home office for a beauty salon chain for a number of years, and she has some good stories and ... interesting ... experiences doing PC and POS system support for hair stylists )
