You know, I was starting to think that too, I even wondered if Bush was gov. of TX today would he have done something like that "Christian prayer rally" and all.
But then again, I guess Bush didn't have this issue that his super-conservative base may have if they're really picky....

I think it is a lack of maturity and focus at that age more than anything and that can change with time. Believe me I am not fan of Rick Perry but performance in school does not necessarily mean you will not be successful or a good leader later in life. Jay
