I am moving to new canaan next month, need to choose a preschool for my 3 year old daughter. I googled and found out most school has 2/3 morning program. Is it common in new cannan? My daughter is in a full day program in Stamford now, so I prefer a full day program. Is there any preschool with diversity?

Any recommendation?

Preschool reservations typically fill up during the previous year, so you might find a lot of 2011/12 programs have no space. And yes, it is typical for a preschool to be 2/3 mornings a week. Full days are more daycare-oriented, so google day care. Look into the YMCA of New Canaan, they have good programs. There is also the the Day Care Center of New Canaan. If you are looking for diversity though, you might have to look into daycare programs in Norwalk/Stamford.
