Definitely try it. Go to NH if you can for the original location of Pepe's. Sally's is the best IMO but the service is lacking. Modern and Bar are nice to try after you've done the 2 most famous.

There's not much pizza in the world that's comparable...

Good posts. Many of those northeast states have some of the best foliage scenery in the US!

Oh, also - Gaetano's in Stratford or Monroe might be the greatest Italian deli in CT.

Update: Gramma is having some health issues as she is 84. I see Kent is a nice destination, Im looking for a good restaurant on the way back/to.

We're driving up to CT/RI, leaving on Monday. How's the colors looking in the Kent/Litchfield areas? In DE, about 50% green, 25% color (mostly weak yellows), 25% leaves just fell off already. I know it won't be a great season but CT has got to be better!
