Actually I know but nothing is effecting YET. The work being done now is not on the highway. Jay

Work has begun on mainline. Shoulders have been reconstructed, temp baririer is being installed in mainline, drainage is being installed and lanes have been narrowed and shifted over. The traffic backup in this area is really bad.
