When do you think we'll begin hearing more retailers signing on? I find it hard to believe they plan on opening in the fall with only Nord/Bloom/JJill and the yard house signed. Do you think they have signed more and have yet to release the info?

“J.Jill will join Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Yard House and nearly 100 more retailers and eateries when the SoNo Collection mall opens just off Interstate 95, with developer Brookfield Property Partners targeting an opening in time for the 2019 holiday season, possibly as soon as October.”

Right, but that is the total amount of available stores...not necessarily those filled. My question is why wouldn't Brookfield release more names if they had them signed?

Why should they? They don’t need to, it’s still months away.

Two more stores have been announced to be part of The Shops at So No opening in the Fall. Chico's and Soma, sister women's apparel stores, will open there along with Nordstrom's, Bloomingdale's, Yard House Brewery, J. Jill and Sephora. We should be hearing more stores in the coming months as the mall, one of the only new ones being built in this country, gets closer to completion. Jay

Another tenant has been announced for the SoNo Collection. This one is an entertainment venue that will bring bowling, bocce and a bistro to the new mall. Sound interesting. Jay

So similar to Kings Entertainment and other "upscale" bowling emporiums.
