Looking back at my Weather Log. February 2, 2011 we had an ice storm. Power Lines, Tree branches and accidents all over. Flooding and Roof Collapses as well.

So, are we getting a decent amount of snow? I switched my day off to tomorrow to use as a snow day. Accuweather still showing 6-10 inches.............not that I want it but I dont want to use a day for snow when I could have went in,

Good choice..unless you are coastal New Jersey, NYC or Long island you will need it. Maybe immediate coastal CT gets over freezing but there will still be major travel issues.

Current (4pm) radar and 850mb temps. Im keeping on eye on this level. Freezing Line moved north from Richmond to DC in 4hrs. Warming coming!

Man it is still cold at 4000 feet above CT. Ridiculous this storm is bringing warm air in.

Anyone south of the freezing line forget snow, worry about ice! Hope for rain!

Snow making it to Eastern PA now. Still got plenty of time in CT. Break time!

Agreed......but the higher ups at work(read, the ones calling the shots from their home) dont think ice is ever as issue. If they can see the pavement, they think its safe.
