4:20 and it's snowing pretty good here in Warren County NJ. I already hear the plows. It's on it's way, Connecticut!

4:50am along westport/norwalk border and there was still nothing on the ground, but some flurries had started. Snow intensified pretty quickly, though, and at 5:20am the ground is lightly covered...

Wow!

00z model guidance has trended stronger with coastal storm impacting the region today, this includes heavier snowfall and stronger winds than previous runs. Thus have trended the forecast in this direction.
