first HDR'd 3 images from one side to make 1 image and merged that (using photoshop) with a second HDR'd made from 3 images from the other side. each set of 3 were taken with the same zoom level, aperture values while keeping the camera at the same level on the tripod while i turned it. came out pretty well but unfortunately the sun never seems to shine on the front of the building - at least not this time of year.

i am dying to know what 2 bridges those are. either the Throgs Neck, Whitestone or Triboro. breathtaking because those bridges are at least 25 miles away

Those would be the Throgs Neck and Whitestone. Triboro is further south. Jay

Nice picture....I didn't realize that you could see so much of the city from the southwest coast of CT. In fact, you see more buildings than land it looks like.

On the southeast coast of CT it seems the opposite: we can see mostly the land on Long Island, but few buildings. Mostly we only can see the ferries heading to the New York islands: This was on a few weeks ago:

Spotted this the other day 70 feet up on a tree. It was HUGE that it caught my eye from a distance maybe bulked up for winter or pregnant?
