So impressive.

Next 10 days for Willimantic per Euro model. And lack of snow, except for tomorrow.

Interesting stat someone posted on a forum about how historic yesterdays daytime temperatures were for any date in December. This chart is for Central Park. I wonder if it is similar for BDR, BDL, etc. And today had a high of 22 there which means it's just below the bottom of this list.

Thanks! Impressive and very surprised anything is making it down. Air is so dry!

Man this snow is going to be powdery. No snowball making today!

Check out these temps. Snowing in south NJ with temps in the teens. Single Digits in CT still.

Snow total forecast. Plowable snow for Long Island, probably everywhere since I don't think it will melt on the roads.

This is what you call instant sticking. Even with just flurries back roads getting covered. This stuff is so powdery! Temp of 12°F!

And who needs a plow when the wind from cars is blowing away the snow.

I'm actually concerned now... If started this early and sticking like this, we might get over 2-3"?

Went out to the post office at 0830 and flurries just started. It's 0910 now and the roads are covered after I got back.

Front yard/street view:

It went quick!

Nice! Thanks! This will set the stage for more impressive temps tomorrow and Monday. Wow. Not sure if forecasts factored in the fresh Arctic snowpack.
