Try it out. Let us know how it worked out.

I'll be out there twice. 10pm and again tomorrow morning.

Below freezing Sunday night. Light rain Monday.

I'm thinking it will all be gone Tuesday except for piles.

I'll give it a shot. We both have full-time AWD (not only when slips). I worked (without issue) on Jan 4. Seems like a waste of time to blow/shovel.

Latest Euro has almost 3/4" for Danbury! Over 0.80" for Bridgeport!

Someone is gonna get over 8" in CT. Watch! I think a general 4-6" is good forecast across the state.

We're ready! (just kidding, while I did stack all this wood this morning, it wasn't because of the storm...)

This could be our last snow event.... No temps even close for next few weeks. Then once into mid March the colder than normal air returns but by then may be too late.

Maybe. yeah, March looks like it will open cold.. We'll see.

Bridgeport Record Max for Feb 20 is 54°. I think they will break that.
Hartford is 69° so that might be tough

It's gonna feel like Spring!

Wow that's a huge difference in record highs for what's about 40-50 miles apart, even considering the cold Sound vs. inland. Did the 69 in Hartford occur before BDR started recording weather in 1948? (Central Park's record for the date is also 69 set in 1939....I'm betting Hartford's is also that year).

I just noticed that last year a record warm February was followed by a well below normal March so who knows, maybe it will repeat itself again!

Snowing in Morristown, Newark and NYC now.

Focus on that heavy (purple) band coming across PA into NJ and right into NYC. Coming fast! Looks like heading for SWCT now if it holds.

1-5pm loop
